Refund policy

We ship the products from South Tyrol - Italy, a country within the European Union (EU).
If you are based outside the EU, taxes/import fees may apply.
Our return policy allows you to return the products for any reason within 14 days of receipt with a money-back guarantee (return costs not included).
The returned products must be in unused, original and undamaged condition, and must remain in all original packaging.

Offer items are excluded from the right of return.

Right of withdrawal/cancellation
The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last goods. You can use the attached withdrawal form for this purpose. Personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the payments we have received from you. Return costs and delivery costs are not included. The refund will be made immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the day on which the notification of the withdrawal is received. We have a right of retention until we receive the goods whose purchase was withdrawn by you back or you provide proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. unless another means of payment was expressly agreed. You will not incur any costs for such a refund.
